How do I pay for my child’s lessons?
Payment is made online every 8 weeks through your home portal. You will receive a reminder email in advance of each payment date and you can pay for lessons at any time.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
We do not offer a sibling discount.
What happens if I cannot attend a lesson already paid for?
You are signing up for a block of lessons unfortunately if you cannot make a lesson during the block, the lesson cannot be changed or credited.
How do I change the day/time of my child’s lessons?
To make any changes of this nature please contact the office by phone or email and we will do our best to find you the best solution. This is not available via Home Portal
How is my child assessed?
Your child is assessed in accordance with the ASA guidelines. They will be continually assessed during lessons and you will be able to track their progress via the home portal app. Should you have any questions regarding your child’s progress, please speak to the office and we will ensure your child’s teacher contacts you.
How do I access home portal?
When you have registered your child and booked onto a course of lessons you will receive an email with all the details to access the Home Portal. Should you lose/ not receive this email please contact the office and we will be happy to resend it.
Badges & Certificates
Your children are continually assessed and when ready will be advanced to the next stage. When this occurs your child will be eligible for a badge and certificate from the ASA. These are available to purchase on-site at a cost of £2.50. Please check the badge section of the Home Portal regularly to see when stages are awarded.
