A structured Pool based workout incorporating technique drills, stamina, and sprinting. Perfect for anyone that would like stroke improvements. Please arrive beach-ready a few minutes before the start of the session, where a member of staff will greet you at the entrance door to the pool.

Rules for swimming – Swim in compliance with designated lane directions, and tutor instructions.

Set within the private grounds of Mylnhurst Preparatory School, Water Merlins 25m, 4 lane indoor pool is the ideal location for local residents to enjoy a leisurely swim. Our Junior Swim Fit is available to book 2 weeks in advance and up to the day before our allocated sessions.
